It seems these days that judges must find all sorts of unique ways to deal with issues. Nothing like a good, old game of rock-paper-scissors to settle a dispute between two rivalling lawyers.

For those of you who have been living in the dark, here is a wiki on the game. And as I have totally turned this from a serious judge bash into reverence for a child's game, here are some more links that good buddy Steve sent me.
