In all seriousness...I hope the little tyke doesn't die for lack of enough organs he is missing. There is a news report with more info. They say it is record breaking for how complete the extra arm is as typically the extra limb is not nearly as developed and as responsive to touch. It is oddly kind of appropriately timed as that new X-Men 3 movie just came out.

whoa! thnaks for the pic. i read a news headline somewhere, but that src didn't have a pic. x-men are never a good src of nfo on mutation, unless it fits ur flight o' fancy. i'm at awe at this picture.
The picture is definitely worth the thousand words. Part of me never would wish this upon any person, but part of me thinks it would be really cool to have 3 fully functional arms. Unfortunately this is not the case here, the kid just has a lot of extra sensitivity to touch on both of the arms and I don't think too much control.
